国家语言能力建设视角下公安院校大学生的语言能力培养

摘要
在国家语言能力建设大背景下,国家为构建语言能力服务体系急需语言人才,于是公安院校面临着培养适应时代要求、具有较高语言能力的学生的新问题.当前公安院校对学生语言能力的培养面临着培养不系统、理论与实践脱轨的问题,能否解决这些问题对公安院校提高毕业生质量乃至公安机关语言能力服务体系的构建都至关重要.本文以国家语言能力与公安院校大学生语言能力培养的融合为大前提,从新要求、现有不足以及培养策略的角度,对公安院校大学生语言能力培养进行研究.
Abstract
Under the background of national language ability construction,the country is in urgent need of language talents in order to build a language ability service system.Therefore,public security colleges and universities are facing new problems of cultivating stu-dents with higher language ability to meet the requirements of the times.At present,the training of students'language ability in public security colleges is faced with the problems of unsystematic training and derailment of theory and practice.Whether these problems can be solved is very important for public security colleges to improve the quality of graduates and even the construction of public security organs'language ability service system.Based on the integration of national language ability and the cultivation of language ability of college students in public security colleges,this paper studies the cultivation of language ability of college students in public security colleges from the perspective of new requirements,existing deficiencies and training strategies.
