摘要
经济新形势下,企业作为市场活动的主要参与者,如何实现可持续盈利成为首要面对的课题.而创新企业经济管理能保障企业经济活动的顺利开展,推动企业良性运作,是企业顺应知识经济发展的需要.但目前,相当一部分企业在经济管理实践中存在经济管理理念落后、经济管理制度缺乏、经济管理组织结构松散、经济管理人员水平有限、经济管理技术利用率较低等问题.为了提升经营风险应对能力,实现可持续盈利,企业应创新理念,贯彻先进的经济管理理念;创新制度,建立完善的经济管理制度;创新组织,调整经济管理的组织结构;加强对企业经济管理队伍的综合培养;创新技术,积极引入信息化管理技术,为企业经济效益的持续增长提供保障.
Abstract
In the new economic situation,as the main participants in market activities,how to achieve sustainable profits has become the primary issue faced by enterprises.Innovative enterprise economic management can ensure the smooth development of enterprise economic activities and promote the healthy operation of enterprises,which is the need for enterprises to comply with the development of the knowledge economy.However,currently,a considerable number of enterprises have problems in their economic management practices,such as outdated economic management concepts,lack of economic management systems,loose organizational structure of economic management,limited level of economic management personnel,and low utilization rate of economic management technology.In order to enhance the ability to cope with operational risks and achieve sustainable profits,enterprises should innovate their concepts and implement advanced economic management concepts;Innovate the system and establish a sound economic management system;Innovate organizations and adjust the organizational structure of economic management;Strengthen the comprehensive training of the economic management team of enterprises;Innovate technology,actively introduce information management technology,and provide guarantees for the sustained growth of enterprise economic benefits.
