地方传统文化多元融入高校文化育人工作的实证研究——以泉州蟳埔传统文化为例

摘要
目前,随着高校闽南优秀传统文化教育创新思路、内容、体制和方法的日益加强,高校思政教师队伍建设在传统文化方面的提升不可避免,这就为新时代思政工作者提出了更高的要求.本文以泉州蟳埔传统文化融入高校文化育人工作为例,在新时代文化生态的建设机制下,将闽南地方优秀传统文化融入闽南地区高校文化育人工作实践,不断推动校园文明建设和大学生思政教育第二课堂内涵建设.
Abstract
At present,with the increasingly strengthening of innovative ideas,contents,systems and methods of excellent traditional culture education in southern Fujian in colleges and universities,the improvement of the construction of ideological and political teachers in traditional culture is inevitable,which puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political workers in the new era.This paper takes Quanzhou Xunpu traditional culture into the cultural education work of colleges and universities as an example,under the construction mechanism of cultural ecology in the new era,the excellent traditional culture of southern Fujian is integrated into the cultural education work practice of colleges and universities in southern Fujian,and constantly promotes the construction of campus civilization and the connotation of the second classroom of ideological and political education of college students
