College counselors are college students ideological and political guide,Social Life Guide.Counselors play an important role in college students'ideological and political education,Career Development Planning,mental health and daily life management.In the new era,with the development of our country,the development of college students presents new characteristics,which also puts for-ward new requirements for the professional quality and professional ability of college counselors.Through the analysis of the new situa-tion and new problems in the construction of college counselors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for fur-ther strengthening the construction of college counselors.
