摘要
生命教育旨在培养学生的人文关怀、社会责任感和道德观念.目前大学生的生命教育实践存在一定程度的问题和挑战.将大学生法治教育融入生命教育体系中,提高大学生的法律意识,培养大学生的法律素养,从生命关怀的角度促进法治理念的深入人心,是推进依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的重要内容,更是大学生生命健康成长的迫切需要.本文从法律视角分析了大学生生命教育中法律意识缺乏的现状,提出在生命教育中加强法律意识的教育,并提出了相应的解决办法,以期促进大学生生命价值感的提升.
Abstract
Life education aims to cultivate students'humanistic care,social responsibility,and moral concepts.At present,there are certain problems and challenges in the practice of life education for college students.Integrating the rule of law education for college students into the life education system,improving their legal awareness,cultivating their legal literacy,and promoting the deepening of the rule of law concept from the perspective of life care is an important part of promoting the rule of law and building a socialist rule of law country,and is also an urgent need to promote the healthy growth of college students'lives.This article analyzes the current situation of the lack of legal awareness in college students'life education from a legal perspective,proposes to strengthen legal awareness educa-tion in life education,and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the improvement of college students'sense of life value.
