摘要
在就业优先战略下,高校就业指导工作在实现毕业生高质量充分就业方面的作用日显重要,因此加强高校就业指导工作实效性研究势在必行.文章在"三全育人"视域下,分析当前高职院校存在全员就业指导合力有待增强,全过程就业指导内容有待优化,全方位就业指导反馈机制有待健全等问题,提出全员联动增强就业指导合力,全过程优化就业指导内容,全方位健全就业指导反馈机制,切实提升育人成效,以开创就业指导工作新局面.
Abstract
under the employment priority strategy,the role of employment guidance in universities in achieving high-quality and full employment for graduates is becoming increasingly important.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the research on the effectiveness of college employment guidance work.From the perspective of"three comprehensive education",this article analyzes the current prob-lems in vocational colleges,such as the need to enhance the synergy of employment guidance for all staff,optimize the content of em-ployment guidance throughout the process,and improve the feedback mechanism for all-round employment guidance.It proposes that all staff should work together to enhance the synergy of employment guidance,optimize the content of employment guidance throughout the process,and improve the feed back mechanism for employment guidance in all aspects,in order to effectively improve the effective-ness of education and create a new situation in employment guidance work.
