产教融合视角下,高校推进人力资源管理工作是推动教职员工职业发展、人事管理干部素质与高校人才培养质量的有效方式.但从目前高校人力资源管理现状来看,部分高校在管理观念、管理机制、人力资源配置与管理效率等方面仍有所欠缺,需要高校及时更新人力资源管理观念,重视市场导向作用发挥,不断优化高校人力资源配置,充分运用互联网信息技术,推动高校人力资源管理工作思路与模式的有效革新.
Abstract
From the perspective of integration of industry and education,promoting human resource management in universities is an effective way to promote the career development of faculty and staff,the quality of personnel management cadres,and the quality of tal-ent cultivation in universities.However,from the current situation of human resource management in universities,some universities still lack management concepts,management mechanisms,human resource allocation,and management efficiency.It is necessary for uni-versities to update their human resource management concepts in a timely manner,pay attention to the role of market orientation,con-tinuously optimize the allocation of human resources in universities,fully utilize Internet information technology,and promote effective innovation in the ideas and models of human resource management in universities.
