摘要
人工智能时代对职业院校人才培养提出了更高的要求,期望培养具备人文关怀,又兼备自主学习数字智能和工匠精神的复合型技能人才.新时代职业教育教师的适应性发展是增强职业教育适应性的现实诉求,也是构建现代化职业教育体系,培养"工匠之才"的必由之径.文章探讨了人工智能时代高职教师适应性发展的价值呈现、发展之困与人才培养推进策略,为创新职教改革与助力"工匠之才"的路径落实提供了新思考.
Abstract
The era of artificial intelligence has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation in vocational colleges,aiming to cultivate composite skilled talents with humanistic care,as well as independent learning of digital intelligence and craftsmanship spirit.The adaptive development of vocational education teachers in the new era is a practical demand for enhancing the adaptability of voca-tional education,and it is also a necessary path to build a modern vocational education system and cultivate"skilled craftsmen".The article explores the value presentation,development difficulties,and talent cultivation promotion strategies of the adaptive development of vocational college teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,and innovates the path of vocational education reform to assist the de-velopment of"craftsman talents".
