大数据背景下高校学生管理的挑战与对策

摘要
在大数据时代视域下,高校利用大数据技术,整合教育管理相关信息,可以更好开展学生管理活动,实施多样化评价,关注学生生活,为学生提供全面的教育教学资源.但在大数据技术的应用中,高校学生管理工作却面临数据整合、数据伦理及团队建设等方面的挑战,要求高校教师结合大数据的内涵、特点及作用的前提下,探索出科学合理的应对策略.
Abstract
In the era of big data,universities can better carry out student management activities,implement diversified evaluations,pay attention to students'lives,and provide students with comprehensive education and teaching resources by using big data technology to integrate information related to education management.However,in the application of big data technology,college student management faces challenges in data integration,data ethics,and team building.It requires college teachers to explore scientific and reasonable coping strategies based on the connotation,characteristics,and function of big data.
