推进素质教育须优化评价模式,面对学生综合素质评价轻过程、评价面窄、体系不合理等现状,从评价阶段、评价主体、评价方法、评价内容等多元角度架构具有职教校本特色的"七彩之道"多元综合评价模式,从指标构成、权重确定、平台建设等方面着手优化评价体系,利用信息化平台通过"日常记录—阶段总结—学期考评—毕业汇总"方式实施学生评价,政、企、校"三边联动"保障学生评价正常运行及评价结果合理运用,以不断提升学生综合素养,提高人才培养质量。
