摘要
推进素质教育须优化评价模式,面对学生综合素质评价轻过程、评价面窄、体系不合理等现状,从评价阶段、评价主体、评价方法、评价内容等多元角度架构具有职教校本特色的"七彩之道"多元综合评价模式,从指标构成、权重确定、平台建设等方面着手优化评价体系,利用信息化平台通过"日常记录—阶段总结—学期考评—毕业汇总"方式实施学生评价,政、企、校"三边联动"保障学生评价正常运行及评价结果合理运用,以不断提升学生综合素养,提高人才培养质量.
Abstract
To promote quality education,it is necessary to optimize the evaluation model.Faced with the current situation of student evaluation being light on process,narrow in scope,and unreasonable in system,a"Seven Colored Road"multiple comprehensive eval-uation model should be constructed from the perspectives of evaluation stage,evaluation subject,evaluation method,and evaluation content.The student evaluation system should be optimized from the perspectives of indicator composition,weight determination,and platform construction.Information technology platforms should be used to implement student evaluation,and governments,enterprises The school's tripartite linkage ensures the normal operation of student evaluation,continuously improves students'comprehensive liter-acy,and improves the quality of talent cultivation.
