大数据时代,推动教育数据开放对中小学校发展具有丰富的价值意蕴:推进学校管理数据化;有效提高教师教学质量;驱动学生个性化学习.目前,中小学教育数据开放面临的现实困境主要有:教育数据开放意识不足;学校数据开放水平不高;数据开放的保障机制不健全.为提高中小学教育数据开放的质量,提出三条实践路径:树立正确的数据开放意识,指导数据开放活动的开展;提高学校数据开放水平,实现基础教育高质量目标;健全数据开放保障机制,推进中小学数据有序开放.
Abstract
In the era of big data,promoting the opening of education data has rich value meaning for the development of primary and secondary schools:Effectively improve teachers'teaching quality;Drive personalized learning for students.At present,the realistic dilemmas facing primary and secondary education data opening are:lack of awareness of education data opening;The level of school data opening is not high;The guarantee mechanism of data opening is not perfect.In order to improve the quality of educational data opening in primary and secondary schools,three practical ways are put forward:setting up correct awareness of data opening and guid-ing the development of data opening activities;Improve the open level of school data to achieve the goal of high quality of basic educa-tion;We will improve the data opening guarantee mechanism and promote orderly data opening in primary and secondary schools.
