高职院校空乘专业岗课赛证融通教学改革的探索

摘要
岗位课程是培养空乘专业人才培养的基本保障,岗位课程与职业技能大赛、职业资格证书的有机融通是当前高职院校空乘专业教学改革的重要方向.为充分发挥专业群建设优势,以空乘专业岗位课程为基础,以技能大赛为载体,以职业资格证书为检验标准,积极探索"岗课赛证融通"的教学模式.将"岗课赛证融通"的理念贯穿于空乘专业人才培养全过程,创新高职院校空乘专业人才培养模式,促进专业群建设高质量发展.
Abstract
Post-oriented courses are the basic guarantee for training flight attendant professionals.The organic integration of post-ori-ented courses,vocational skill contests and vocational qualification certificates is an important direction of the current teaching reform of flight attendant major in higher vocational colleges.In order to give full play to the advantages of professional group construction,we actively explore the teaching mode of"integration of job training,coursework,competitions and certification"based on the flight atten-dant professional post-oriented courses,with the skills competition as the carrier and the professional qualification certification as the test standard.The concept of"integration of job training,coursework,competitions and certification"runs through the whole process of flight attendant professional personnel cultivation,innovates the training mode of flight attendant professional personnel in higher voca-tional colleges,and promotes the high-quality development of professional group construction.
