摘要

以成果导向教育理念为指导,根据高职音乐教育专业人才培养目标,立足高职音乐教育专业工作岗位特点及毕业生市场需求,关注声乐教学与职业行动能力相衔接,围绕培养学生的职业行动能力为目标,制定个性化学习与评估方案.秉承循环回馈与持续改进的理念,探索提升高职音乐教育专业声乐教学质量的有效途径,以促进高职声乐教学的不断优化和完善.

Abstract

Guided by the concept of Outcome-Based Education,according to the training objectives of higher vocational music educa-tion talents,based on the job characteristics of higher vocational music education majors and the market demand of graduates,pay at-tention to the connection between vocal music teaching and professional action abilities,develop personalized learning and assessment plans.Adhering to the concepts of cyclical feedback and continuous improvement,explore effective ways to improve the quality of vocal music teaching in higher vocational music education majors,so as to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of vocal music teaching in higher vocational colleges.
