职业技术师范教育"三性"办学特色内涵与落实举措

摘要
职业技术师范教育是以培养职业教育师资为首要任务的高等师范教育.职业技术师范教育具有"三性"办学特色,即专业性、职业性和师范性.其中,专业性是指实施高等教育的专业教育,达到大学本科专业的知识和能力要求;职业性是指注重实践技能训练,能熟练掌握某一职业或技术的操作技能规范;师范性是指根据培养目标,对学生教学能力,特别是实践技能教学方面的培育所进行的一系列活动的总和.职业技术师范教育三性办学特色的落实举措是:助推职业技术师范教育学科专业建设,体现办学的专业性;优化职业技术师范教育人才培养模式,凸显办学的职业性取向;提升职业技术师范教育课程与教学改革质量,明晰办学的师范性特质.
Abstract
Vocational and technical teacher education is higher teacher education with the primary task of training teachers for voca-tional education.Vocational and technical teacher education is character by"three characteristics",namely,professionalism,voca-tional and teacher training.Among them,professionalism refers to the implementation of professional education in higher education to meet the knowledge and ability requirements of undergraduate majors;vocational refers to the emphasis on practical skills training,and the ability to master the operational skills specifications of a certain occupation or technology;and teacher training refers to the sum of a series of activities carried out in accordance with the cultivation objectives and the cultivation of students'teaching ability,espe-cially in the area of practical skills teaching.The implementation of the three characteristics of vocational and technical teacher educa-tion is to:promote the construction of vocational and technical teacher education disciplines and specialties,reflecting the profession-alism of the school;optimize the mode of training of vocational and technical teacher education personnel,highlighting the vocational orientation of the school;and enhance the quality of vocational and technical teacher education curricula and teaching reforms,so as to make clear the teacher training qualities of the school.
