Examining the Problems and Optimizing Strategies of the Exit Mechanism of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Context
With the advent of a childless society,there is an urgent need to optimize the size of the teaching force.At present,there are still many problems in the withdrawal mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers,namely,unclear authority and responsi-bility of the main body of policy implementation,incomplete coverage of relevant laws and regulations,ambiguous criteria for teachers'withdrawal,sketchy and unspecified withdrawal procedures,and insufficient knowledge of the mechanism of teachers'withdrawal.In this regard,the withdrawal mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers should be optimized by clarifying the rights and re-sponsibilities of the main parties involved,improving the relevant laws and regulations,clarifying the criteria for teacher withdrawal,standardizing the procedures for teacher withdrawal,and establishing a mechanism to protect the aftermath of the incident.
