Exploring New Pathways for Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Computer Network Technology Specialty Based on Craftsmanship Spirit
This article explores the importance of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the cultivation of talents majoring in computer network technology in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current problems in talent cultivation,such as insufficient profession-alism and the disconnection between theory and practice,it is proposed to integrate the craftsmanship spirit throughout the entire pro-cess of talent cultivation.By setting clear goals,optimizing courses,strengthening practical teaching,and improving evaluation,stu-dents'professional skills and accomplishments are improved.This action aims to cultivate talents with superb skills and high profes-sional quality,laying a solid talent foundation for socialist modernization.
