Application of 1+1+N Working Mode in Secondary Mental Health Counseling Station of Student Apartment in Higher Vocational Colleges
Student apartment is the main place of students'daily life,and also an important situation for the occurrence and manifes-tation of students'psychological problems.Therefore,in the mental health education work of higher vocational colleges in the new pe-riod,the practice and research on the construction of secondary mental health counseling stations in student apartments should be strengthened,and based on the actual psychological development of students,the 1+1+N working mode focusing on the activation of students'endogenous motivation should be actively explored to effectively arouse students'identification and support for the mental health education process.It is of great significance to effectively promote the organic combination of student apartment culture con-struction,management and mental health education,give full play to the work functions of secondary mental health counseling sta-tions,lead students to improve their psychological quality,and create a benign psychological education environment.
