中文摘要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法的研究方法，在体育改革背景下，以我国中考体育改革现状为切入点，通过对其发展现状及内容的分析，大量查阅相关书籍资料以及综合各专家学者的观点，找出目前中考体育教学中存在的问题。探讨中考体育改革形式下新时期我国中考体育教学的现状及改善建议，探讨如何在顺利通过中考体育考试的同时，更好的提升学生身体素质，让学生热爱体育、热爱运动，树立终身体育的思想观念。

外文摘要：This paper utilizes the research methods of literature review and logical analysis.It focuses on the background of the physical education reform and examines the current state of physical education reform in China.Through the analysis of its development status and content using a wide range of relevant books,materials,and insights from various experts and scholars,this paper aims to identify the existing problems in physical education teaching in the current high school entrance examination.It further delves into the present situation and proposes suggestions for improving physical education teaching in China during the new period of physical education re-form in middle school examinations.Additionally,it discusses methods to enhance students'physical fitness while successfully passing the physical education examination,with the aim of instilling a lifelong love for physical education and sports among students.
