摘要
通过一般资料问卷和老年人态度量表(KAOP)对护理专业学生从事老年护理意愿现状进行调查,调查发现护理专业学生从事老年护理意愿较低,对老年人的态度处于中等偏低水平.究其影响因素来看,是否与老年人共同生活,以及对老年人的态度情况是主要影响因素.相应地,形成尊老爱老的良好社会风尚,改变对老年人的态度则是提高护理专业学生从事老年护理意愿的重要措施.
Abstract
General data questionnaire and Elder Attitude Scale(KAOP)are used to investigate the current situation of nursing stu-dents'willingness to engage in elderly care,and the investigation finds that nursing students'willingness to engage in elderly care was low,and their attitude toward the elderly was at a medium low level.From the perspective of influencing factors,the main influencing factors are whether they live with the elderly and their attitude toward the elderly.Accordingly,forming a good social fashion of re-specting and caring for the elderly and changing the attitude towards the elderly are important measures to improve the willingness of nursing students to engage in elderly nursing.
