"双减"背景下中小学作业的本体功能、实践异化与理性回归——基于全国23省作业管理政策文本的NVivo分析

采用NVivo12,对全国23省在2021年4月份之后发布的作业管理相关政策文本进行分析,发现中小学作业的本体功能主要聚焦在诊断监测功能、学习指导功能、育人培质功能、维护教育公平四个方面。在实践过程中,作业被异化为训练的工具、惩罚的手段、炫耀的资本。为充分发挥作业的本体功能、扭转作业在实践中的异化局面,要开展作业改革专题研修,提升作业的科学性;完善作业管理系列举措,保证作业的合理性;遵循作业设计的两大原则,实现作业的丰富性。
Ontological Function,Practical Alienation and Rational Return of Homework in Primary and Secondary School—NVivo Analysis Based on the Homework Management Policy Text of 23 Provinces in China
Using NVivo12,an analysis was conducted on policy texts related to homework management released by 23 provinces across the country after April 2021.It was found that the ontology functions of primary and secondary school homework mainly focus on four aspects:diagnostic monitoring function,learning guidance function,education and quality training function,and maintaining educa-tional fairness.In practice,homework is alienated as a tool for training,a means of punishment,and a capital for showing off.In order to fully utilize the intrinsic function of homework and reverse the alienation of homework in practice,special training on homework re-form should be carried out to enhance the scientific of homework;Improve the series of measures for homework management to ensure the rationality of homework;Follow the two principles of homework design to achieve the richness of homework.
