Cultivate the Thinking of Normal University Students with the Spirit of Educators
Education is the foundation of building a country and strengthening a country.As a reserve educational resource,normal university students'ideological quality and cultural accomplishment directly affect the future of education.To cultivate the education of normal university students with educator's spirit is not only conducive to enhancing the students'love for their major and educational cause,but also conducive to the development and inheritance of educator's spirit.Taking educator spirit and normal students as the main research object,this paper expounds the rich connotation of educator spirit,clarifies the historical logic of its connotation forma-tion,discusses the value implication of using educator spirit to cultivate normal students,and finally puts forward the future path of using educator spirit to cultivate normal students to become excellent educators.
