摘要

乡村教师专业发展既能承续乡土文化、推动乡村振兴发展,又能提升教育质量、促进教育公平.然而,当前在乡村教师的专业发展中仍存在专业发展意识淡薄、专业发展资源不足、专业发展生态失衡等现实性问题,以上问题在很大程度上会制约乡村教师队伍的建设.人工智能的不断发展,对于乡村教师专业发展的重要作用日益凸显.研究认为在人工智能不断发展的背景下,应进一步拓宽培训学习渠道、搭建城乡交流平台、创生乡村特色培训课程三个方面来促进乡村教师的专业发展.

Abstract

The professional development of rural teachers can not only inherit local culture and promote rural revitalization and devel-opment,but also improve the quality of education and promote educational equity.However,there are still some practical problems in the professional development of rural teachers,such as weak awareness of professional development,insufficient professional devel-opment resources and ecological imbalance of professional development,which will restrict the construction of rural teachers to a great extent.The continuous development of artificial intelligence plays an equally important role in the professional development of rural teachers.Under this background,the research puts forward the practical path of empowering rural teachers'professional development with artificial intelligence from three aspects:broadening lifelong learning channels,building a platform for urban-rural communica-tion and creating courses with rural characteristics,in order to further realize the professional development of rural teachers.
