A Survey on the Current Situation of Anxiety in Preschool Children Entering Kindergarten and Research on Multiple Strategies
Entering kindergarten anxiety is a psychological problem that occurs when young children first enter kindergarten, including emotional fluctuations, decreased social skills, and poor learning adaptability.Through investigation,it was found that the adaptability of young children themselves, the management system of the kindergarten, the coping ability of teachers, and the parenting style of families are important factors affecting their anxiety when entering the kindergarten.Suggestions include enhancing children's experi-ence of entering kindergarten, improving their sense of belonging, establishing a trusting teacher-student relationship, and creating a democratic family atmosphere to help alleviate their anxiety and promote their adaptation to kindergarten life as soon as possible.
