A Study on the Current Situation,Influencing Factors,and Improvement Strategies of Professional Integration for Novice Kindergarten Teachers
Novice kindergarten teachers are at the beginning stage of their career development,during which their level of profes-sional integration to some extent affects their future career development and direction.Using multiple regression analysis as a research tool,the current situation and influencing factors of professional integration of novice kindergarten teachers were analyzed.The research results showed that the professional integration of novice teachers was at a moderate level and positively correlated with integration mo-tivation,self-efficacy,and on boarding support.To promote the professional integration of novice kindergarten teachers,strategies are proposed to develop external motivation for their professional integration through multiple means,stimulate internal motivation for their professional integration through multiple channels,enhance their self-efficacy in professional integration from multiple perspectives,and build a joint force of support for novice teacher onboarding through multiple stakeholders.
