To explore how vocational colleges can effectively cultivate students'skills by innovating the"one-stop"student community model,combining regional characteristics and resources,and promote regional economic transformation and the improvement of new quality productivity.Based on the actual situation of Qiqihar Higher Normal College,this paper starts the practice and exploration of"one-stop"student community,and analyzes the actual cases,so as to put forward a set of specific strategies to realize the optimal uti-lization of educational resources and the sustainable development of regional economy.
