The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Construction of the Faculty Team in Private Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Human Resources
Private higher education is an indispensable part in the higher education system of our country,and plays a key role in pro-moting the process of popularization of higher education.However,although the current private higher education shows a rapid devel-opment momentum,it also faces many challenges.In view of the outstanding problems existing in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities,such as the imbalance of teacher structure,the imperfect incentive and evaluation mechanism and the high turnover of teachers,this paper analyzes the reasons behind these problems from the perspective of human resource management.
