教育家精神融入高素质教师队伍建设路径探究

建设社会主义现代化教育强国背景下,教师队伍建设机遇与挑战并存,迫切需要建立一支高素质教师队伍以满足我国教育现代化与数字化的发展需求.结合建设教育强国、弘扬与培育教育家精神的新要求,阐述高素质教师队伍建设的价值意义,探讨了当前教师队伍建设在教师职业修养、教师专业能力及教师职业保障等方面存在的现实困境,从涵养教师师德师风、提升教师专业素养能力以及完善教师保障机制体系三方面提出解决策略,旨在推动教师队伍可持续健康发展.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of building a socialist modernization education power,the construction of teacher teams faces both op-portunities and challenges,and there is an urgent need to establish a high-quality teacher team to meet the development needs of Chi-na's education modernization and digitization.Combining the new requirements of building an education power,promoting,and culti-vating the spirit of educators,this paper elaborates on the value and significance of constructing high-quality teacher teams.It dis-cusses the realistic dilemmas currently existing in the construction of teacher teams in terms of teachers'professional ethics,profes-sional competence,and occupational security.Solutions are proposed from three aspects:cultivating teachers'ethics and demeanor,enhancing teachers'professional competence,and improving the teacher security mechanism system,aiming to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the teacher team.
