Study on Chinese Translation Strategies of Food Science Terminology from the Perspective of Knowledge Translation
This paper starts with knowledge translation theory,taking typical terms from Introduction to Food Science and Food Sys-tems written by Rick Parker as examples to explore strategies for translating food science terminology into Chinese.Firstly,it intro-duced knowledge translation and explained its importance in cross-cultural communication.Secondly,the existing problems and chal-lenges in the Chinese translation of food science terms were presented in this paper.Finally,based on the perspective of Tranknowle-tology,it proposed the strategies for Chinese translation of food science terminology.This study is of great significance for improving the quality of Chinese translation of food science terminology and promoting Food Science exchanges.
