新时代中小学生创造性劳动意识培养路径研究

新时代条件下,基于中小学生的认知阶段特征及中国学生应具备的核心素养,小学生应具备手脑结合的创造性劳动意识,初中生应具备解蔽救偏的创造性劳动意识,高中生则应具备前沿探索的创造性劳动意识。据此,培养路径可从教师教学、课程设置、教材内容、教学评价四方面展开,以期为有效培养中小学生的创造性劳动意识提供支持,并为其未来发展奠定坚实的基础。
Research on the paths to cultivate creative labor awareness among primary and secondary school students in the new era
Under the conditions of the new era,based on the cognitive stage characteristics of primary and secondary school students and the core qualities that Chinese students should possess,primary school students should have a sense of creative labor that combines hands and brains,junior high school students should have a sense of creative labor that can resolve obstacles and save bias,and high school students should have a sense of creative labor that combines hands and brains.Have a sense of creative labor for cutting-edge exploration.Accordingly,the training path can be developed from four aspects:teacher teaching,curriculum setting,teaching material content,and teaching evaluation,in order to provide support for effectively cultivating the creative labor awareness of primary and sec-ondary school students and lay a solid foundation for their future development.
