近年来国内外形势发生重大变化,对大学生的社会认知和价值理念产生了一些影响。与此同时,高校思政课正面临越来越多的新情况和新问题,亟待改革创新。在此背景下,将积极心理学融入高校思政课,不失为一种好的探索。积极心理学与高校思政课具有内在一致性,都致力于培养学生乐观向上的人生态度,塑造健康健全的精神品格。两者相融,既可以助力大学生建立积极心态,又可以促进高校思政课提质增效。为此,高校和思政课教师需要明确融入的目标与理念、优化课堂教学设计、推进课外教学实践、提升学生自我效能感、构建协同育人体系。
The Internal Logic and Implementation Path of Integrating Positive Psychology into Ideological and Political Courses in Universities
In recent years,there have been significant changes in the domestic and international situation,which have had a negative impact on the social cognition and values of college students.At the same time,ideological and political courses in universities are facing more and more new situations and problems,which urgently require reform and innovation.In this context,integrating positive psychology into ideological and political courses in universities is a good exploration.Positive psychology and ideological and political courses in universities have inherent consistency,both committed to cultivating students'optimistic and positive attitudes towards life,and shaping healthy and sound spiritual character.The integration of the two can not only help college students establish a positive at-titude,but also promote the improvement and efficiency of ideological and political courses in universities.Therefore,universities and ideological and political education teachers need to clarify the goals and concepts of integration,optimize classroom teaching design,promote extracurricular teaching practices,enhance students'self-efficacy,and build a collaborative education system.
