Study on pump suction reverse circulation deslagging in drilling roadway floor anchoring boreholes through numerical experiments
Based on pump suction reverse circulation principle of circulating medium (water),double walls drilling pipe model was built for deslagging in the floor anchoring borehole,studies on deslagging process in double walls pipes with various cross section sizes were conducted through numerical ex-periments with fluid analysis software FLUENT,and the optimal double walls pipe cross section sizes are selected with deslagging efficiency as the indicator.A detailed variance analysis about various fac-tors influencing deslagging efficiency of double walls drilling pipe found,that with the increase of water flow in circulating medium inlet,deslagging efficiency improves continuously;within a certain range,pressure in outlet for mixture of water and dregs and depth of holing do not have an obvious effect on deslagging efficiency;the optimal working condition of deslagging system is 21/s of water flow in cir-culating medium inlet and-90 kPa of pressure in outlet.Industrial field tests on deslagging in drilling floor anchoring boreholes have made some achievements,which indicates that numerical simulation can help optimize structure sizes of double walls drilling pipe and has certain reference value for field drill-ing work.
