摘要

地下矿山采用充填法进行开采需要在采空区充填之前构筑封闭挡墙,高质量安全封闭技术是充填采空区的重要环节.研制了装配式柔性脱水充填挡墙,墙体骨架呈弧形网格状曲面结构,采用装配式建构方式,能够适应巷道规格变化,密封层使用透水织物,具有全断面脱水特征.设计了 3.5 m×4.0m规格试验挡墙,并在阶段空场充填采矿法和进路式充填采矿法充填采场开展了工业试验.结果表明:试验挡墙在过墙期间具有较好的脱水效果,高浓度料浆多次充填试验测得的墙体变形量未超过10 mm,膏体料浆一次充全高,最大变形量为34 mm,均在允许变形范围内.扩大试验安装成本分析表明,挡墙的综合换算成本约为435元/m3,验证了装配式柔性脱水充填挡墙的技术经济综合优势.

Abstract

Filling barricade has become the primary consideration due to the advantage in improving fill-ing quality and ensuring safety in the process of filling in underground mines.Assembled permeable bar-ricade with an arc-shaped grid curved skeleton is proposed,which adopts a prefabricated construction method and can adapt to changes in drift specifications.The sealing layer adopt dehydrated fabric make sure sufficient dehydration.Test barricades with the specification of 3.5 m×4.0 m for test is designed.Industrial tests were conducted in the stopes of sub-level stopping method and drift mining method.Re-sults indicate that the proposed barricade has a good drainage performance.The barricade deformation measured by multiple filling test using a high-concentration filing slurry does not exceed 10 mm,and 34 mm deformation is measured by a one-pass filling test using a paste slurry,the deformation of barricades in both cases within the allowable range.After ten barricades construction in a mine,the installation fee was estimated to be ¥ 435/m3,effectively verifying the proposed barricade's economic and technical ad-vantages.
