Influence of broken state of anchoring agent plastic on anchoring performance of bolt
The outer packaging of resin anchorants is usually made of polyester material, which exhibits the characteristics of insolubility and no chemical reaction with the main components of the anchoring agent. In order to investigate whether the inclusion of fragments, which are obtained from the outer pac-kaging of anchor rods mixed within the anchoring section, affects its anchoring performance, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and laboratory experiments are adopted to analyze the distribution cha-racteristics of fragmented outer packaging materials in the anchoring ring area and its impact on anchoring performance for anchor rods with different end fractures. The research findings indicate that the type of outer packaging material for resin anchoring agents has a significant impact on the fragmentation effect.Aluminum-plastic film material exhibits better fragmentation performance than polyester material, with an increase in fragmentation of 16%.Wedge-shaped anchor rods have greater capabilities for fragmenta-tion of the outer packaging than inclined-tip anchor rods and conventional anchor rods, with 26%and 63%increase in fragmentation ability, respectively.Comparative analysis of tensile tests reveal that when the anchoring quality and resistance to damage of the anchoring system are significantly enhanced by a wedge-shaped mixing aluminum-plastic film outer packaging for anchoring agents, with an average in-crease of about 14%in the peak pulling force compared to conventional anchoring test pieces. The results can apply to select anchorage agent and improve anchorage performance theoretically and engineeringly.
