深部大倾角不对称空间围岩结构工作面合理支架阻力研究

以某矿典型深部大倾角211112 综采工作面为工程背景,系统阐述了大倾角采场空间围岩结构分布特征,据此建立了大倾角工作面上、下端空间围岩结构力学模型,得到了大倾角工作面的来压步距及支架阻力等技术参数的定性关系;构建了FLAC3D数值计算模型,揭示了深部大倾角采空区围岩应力场分布特征;通过定量分析深部大倾角工作面支架在各阶段、各工况的工作阻力,明确了深部大倾角综采工作面上、下端支架合理工作阻力的确定方法,合理选择了 211112 工作面的液压支架型号并成功应用于现场.
Reasonable resistance of supports in deep and steep longwall panels with asymmetric spatial surrounding rock
The 211112 working face in a mine is a typical deep fully mechanized working face with a large dip angle.By taking this working face as the engineering background,the distribution characteristics of spatial surrounding rock structure in deep and steep working faces were expounded systematically.Con-sidering the above distribution characteristics,structural mechanical models of surrounding rock above and below the deep and steep working face were established,respectively,and the qualitative relations regard-ing technical parameters such as weighting step distance and support resistance were obtained.Besides,a FLAC3D numerical model was constructed to reveal the distribution characteristics of the stress field of sur-rounding rock in the deep and steep goaf.Through quantitative analysis on the working resistance of sup-ports in the deep and steep working face in various stages under different working conditions,the method of determining the reasonable working resistance of upper and lower supports in the deep and steep fully mechanized working face was clarified.In the light of this method,the hydraulic support model for the 211112 working face was reasonably selected and successfully applied in the field.
