With the emergence and widespread application of new technologies,the ways in which knowledge is generated and disseminated are undergoing profound changes.These changes pose new challenges to the ethical principles of fairness and justice,openness and universality,and respect for life in intellectual property right.The ethical challenges triggered by new technologies prompt us to rethink the characteristics and development trends of intellectual property ethics,and to explore appropriate governance paths to adapt to the rapid development of new technologies and social needs.This paper comprehends the historical evolution of intellectual property ethics in the four technological and industrial revolutions,proposes the concept and system of intellectual property ethics in the era of the new technological revolution from the study of intellectual property ethical principles and rights theories,comprehensively researches on intellectual property ethical issues,summarizes the trend of development of intellectual property ethics,and finally puts forward the path of governance of intellectual property ethical issues in the era of the new technological revolution.
