摘要
资本介入科学活动是一把双刃剑,在推动科学技术快速发展的同时也极易引发科学规范的异化和科研领域"灰色产业"的勃兴.本文通过分析近年来科学出版领域学术不端论文撤稿数据,揭示资本违规介入科学出版导致的肆意出版牟利、代写代发论文、论文工厂、操纵同行评议等失范行为及其负面影响,反思资本与科学的关系,提出应当高度警惕游离在科学共同体边缘的少数资本第三方引发的科学失范,进行科研评价改革和资本介入规训.
Abstract
The involvement of capital in scientific activities is a double-edged sword,promoting the rapid development of science and technology,and at the same time,it is also very easy to lead to the alienation of scientific norms and the emergence of"gray industry"in the field of scientific research.By analyzing the data on the withdrawal of academic misconduct papers in the field of scientific publishing in recent years,revealing the misconduct and its negative impacts caused by the illegal involvement of capital in scientific publishing,such as reckless publication and profit-making,ghostwriting and publishing of papers on behalf of authors,manufacturing of papers in factories,and manipulation of peer review,reflecting on the relationship between capital and science,and proposing that the third-party involvement of a small number of capitals in the margins of the scientific community in the misconduct and profit-making of scientific activities should be put on high alert,and that reforms of scientific research evaluation and regulation of capital involvement should be carried out.It is proposed that reform of scientific research evaluation and capital intervention should be proposed as countermeasures.
