摘要
近年来,脑机接口技术进展迅速,已经成为当今科技的前沿热点、商业投资的热点和社会关注的焦点.本文系统梳理脑机接口技术在医疗健康、军事及航天、教育、娱乐与艺术等领域的应用,分析该技术可能带来的社会效益,并对其在身心安全、技术不确定性与滥用、民众认知与社会心态等方面潜在的负面影响进行综合研判,提出应对建议.
Abstract
In recent years,brain-computer interface(BCI)technology has been progressing rapidly and has become a hotspot at the forefront of today's science and technology,a hotspot for commercial investment and a focus of social attention.This paper scans the applications of BCI in the fields of healthcare,military and aerospace,education,entertainment and art,analyzes the possible social benefits brought by this technology,and examines its potential negative effects on physical and mental safety,technological uncertainty and abuse,public cognition and social mentality etc.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward.
