The current artificial intelligence doctors show some superhuman diagnostic abilities, but they are still weak artificial intelligence without full autonomy, and their diagnostic results can indeed affect the subjectivity of both doctors and patients, but whether they can promote joint decision-making is still questionable.According to the analysis of the different subjectivity of the doctors and patients in informed consent, the strong subjectivity of the doctors is reflected in the fact judgment of the disease, and the strong subjectivity of the patients is reflected in the value judgment of the disease.Excessive exaggeration of either side will affect the joint decision. The results of an AI doctor's diagnosis may still seriously affect the autonomy and trust of both doctors and patients, and it is only when both sides choose to make medical decisions based on cognitive subjectivity, which is possible to resolve patients'distrust of the doctor's professional competence.Even if both doctors and patients choose to trust the diagnostic information provided by the AI doctor,it is still necessary to strengthen communication in order to generate interactive subjectivity and ultimately promote joint decision-making.
