Planning,construction and management are complementary and indispensable in urban development.Facing the requirements of high-efficiency governance for megacities,the integration of urban planning,construction and management under digital transformation must be based on the concept of whole life cycle management,with governance digitization as the traction,and full integration of mechanism innovation and technology empowerment,integrating the core resources and key links of urban planning,construction and management into the framework of a unified governance system and a big data platform,in order to realize"one map"for the organic structure of multiple regulations,"one network"for construction supervision and"one chess board"for organic integration and synergistic operation.
