The relocated farmers face a transformation in identity and drastic social,economic,cultural and lifestyle changes,leading to developmental anxiety.The multi-dimensional community reconstruction with the core of"clan association,village wise governance,neighborhood centered organization"and the government behavior with"convenience,assistance,and classified guidance"as the core should be taken to dispel the practical concerns of relocated farmers about"education,elderly care,medical security,remote employment,cultural services",optimize their unstable"social support system"and"asynchronous chaotic"spiritual world.We must pay attention to the structural imbalance of elements in urban-rural integrated development,and promote the coordinated sinking of infrastructure,services,and core elements;obtain consensus from both the government work side and the farmer experience side,promote the formation of the core consciousness of"spiritual co-prosperity"between the government and farmers,improve the working mechanism of farmer citizenship in the process of urban-rural integration development,and realize the practical path of"spiritual co-prosperity".
