Using the paired data of headquarters enterprises and their subsidiaries,after measuring and analyzing the contribution of Shanghai headquarters economy from the perspectives of local contribution,regional radiation and industrial support,it is found that:the radiation degree of the headquarters enterprises of Shanghai to the neighboring regions is high,but the economic hinterland needs to be strengthened in terms of the feedback to the economy of Shanghai;the headquarters economy of Shanghai is the leading force of industrial upgrading,but the proportion of manufacturing industry continues to decline,which is not conducive to the technological innovation of the industry.We should continue to stimulate the economic contribution of the headquarters of foreign enterprises and state-owned enterprises,and at the same time give more opportunities for the development of the headquarters economy of private enterprises;discuss and design the benefit-sharing mechanism with the economic hinterland,and enhance the economic feedback ability of the foreign subsidiaries;expand the connotation of the existing headquarters economy and the qualification of the headquarters economy from the perspective of the supply chain,and enhance the contribution of the industrial support;and increase the system innovation and service guarantee,and stimulate the headquarters enterprises to lead the innovation and the contribution to the allocation of global resources.
