The marketization of land,labour,capital and data factors between urban and rural areas in China is lagging behind,and the market's decisive role in the allocation of factors between urban and rural areas is weak,which is rooted in policy dependence on the urban-rural dichotomy and the conflict of interests that arose during the process of economic transformation.Therefore,the multi-track operation and segmentation of various types of factor markets between urban and rural areas should be broken up,the reform of urban and rural land factor markets should be accelerated,the integration of urban and rural labour factor markets should be promoted,the universalization of the capital market for rural revitalization should be facilitated,and a unified urban and rural data factor market should be fostered,so as to achieve the convergence of various types of factors into agriculture and rural areas,and the new quality of productive forces,and to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
