Research on the influencing factors and mechanism of the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major science and technology projects——An analysis based on optimal scale regression method
The"Enlisting and Leading"major scientific and technological projects are new paths for breaking through key core technologies and promoting high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement.The impact of the key factors that need to be brought into focus in order to promote the effectiveness of the"Enlisting and Leading"is an impor-tant issue that needs to be addressed urgently.This study uses 214 questionnaires on the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major science and technology projects as samples,and uses the optimal scale regression method to examine the in-fluencing factors and mechanisms of the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major science and technology projects.The results of this research have found that:①the risk of"Enlisting and Leading"has a significant negative impact on the ef-fectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major technology projects;②The amount of funding and funding policies do not have a significant impact on the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major science and technology projects;③The method of enlisting has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major scientific and technological projects.This study not only expands the research on technology project risks,but also provides practical insights for impro-ving the effectiveness of"Enlisting and Leading"major technology project.
