摘要
作为通用目的技术,人工智能是第四次工业革命的核心引擎.推进人工智能和实体经济深度融合,是建设现代化产业体系和实现高质量发展的基本途径.基于 2200 家人工智能企业和 15 家人工智能开放创新平台的价值网络分析表明,我国人工智能科技创新和产业发展是新型平台主导的.与交易型平台不同,新型平台属于产业赋能平台.聚焦应用场景,新型平台通过构建基础和垂直业务领域软硬件协同创新生态实现产业赋能.新型平台主导的两个创新生态的相互融合和促进,共同推动人工智能和经济社会深度融合发展.
Abstract
As a general-purpose technology,artificial intelligence(AI)is the core engine of the fourth industrial revo-lution.Promoting the deep integration of AI and the real economy is the basic pathway to building a modern industrial sys-tem and achieving high-quality development.Analysis of the value network based on 2200 AI enterprises and 15 AI open innovation platforms shows that new types of platforms dominate China's AI science and technology innovation and industrial development.Unlike transactional platforms,the new platforms are industrial empowerment platforms.Focusing on application scenarios,the new platforms achieve industrial empowerment by building collaborative innovation ecologies of hardware and software in basic business areas and vertical business areas.The mutual integration and promotion of the two innovation ecologies led by the new platforms jointly promote the deep integration of AI and economic and social develop-ment.
