Digital economy and industrial chain resilience:Mechanisms,Difficulties and Countermeasures
With the rapid development of digital technology,the digital economy has become a key driving force in the new era to promote the resilience of the industrial chain.After the definition of the connotation of digital economy and indus-trial chain resilience,the internal mechanism of digital economy enabling industrial chain resilience can be summarized,and it can be concluded that digital economy can improve the resilience of industrial chain by consolidating the digital founda-tion,building digital enterprises,strengthening digital applications,and improving the digital environment.Specifically,we can use the pull effect of data elements,the drive effect of digital technology,and the drive effect of resource allocation.At present,there are still some problems that need to be solved to improve the resilience of the digital economy enabling indus-try chain:low efficiency of data integration,weak digital infrastructure,insufficient digital technology innovation capacity,and uneven regional development of the digital economy.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the enabling role of the digital economy from the four aspects of"stable chain","reinforcing chain","strong chain"and"solid chain",in order to continue to stimulate the innovation vitality of digital enterprises,accelerate the cultivation and creation of new advantages of industrial chain competition,and help realize the smooth circulation of China's real economy and further promote high-quality economic development.
