创新驱动区域经济绿色转型的组态路径研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析

经济绿色转型是实现"双碳"目标、推进能源革命、确保可持续发展的重要途径,而科技创新是驱动经济绿色转型的核心抓手,探明创新影响经济绿色转型的内在机理与路径是亟待研究的问题。基于创新生态观,结合组态理论构建整合性分析框架,以全国 30 个省(自治区、直辖市)为案例样本,采用fsQCA方法系统、动态地考察创新生态系统多重要素协同驱动经济绿色转型的复杂机制与路径。研究发现:①单个创新生态系统要素不构成驱动经济高或非高绿色转型的必要条件;②实现经济高绿色转型的创新生态有 4 种,具有"殊途同归"作用,具体概括为3 种模式:政府主导逻辑下的技术创新驱动型、政府主导逻辑下的产学研联动型以及资源与环境助力下的产学研联动型;③导致经济非高绿色转型的创新生态有 2 种,依据核心条件可归纳为:技术-制度抑制型、技术-智力抑制型,且与驱动经济高绿色转型的组态路径呈非对称关系;④加强政府宏观调控作用、提升企业技术创新能力在驱动经济高绿色转型过程中发挥着较为普适的作用。
Research on Configuration path of innovation-driven green transformation of regional economy:A Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis
Economic green transformation is an important way to achieve the"double carbon"goal,promote the energy revolution and ensure sustainable development.Scientific and technological innovation is the core of driving economic green transformation.It is an urgent issue to explore the internal mechanism and path of innovation affecting economic green trans-formation.Based on the innovation ecology view and the configuration theory,an integrated analysis framework was construc-ted.With 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)as case samples,fsQ-CA method was used to systematically and dynamically investigate the complex mechanism and path of multiple elements of innovation ecosystem synergistically driving economic green transformation.The results show that:①a single innovation eco-system element does not constitute a necessary condition for driving high or low green economic transformation.②There are four kinds of innovation ecology to achieve high green economic transformation,which have the function of"all roads lead to the same destination".They can be specifically summarized into three modes:technological innovation driven by the govern-ment-led logic,industry-university-research association driven by the government-led logic,and industry-university-re-search association driven by the resources and environment.③There are two types of innovation ecology that can realize non-high green economic transformation,which can be classified as technology-institution restraint and technology-intelligence restraint according to the core conditions,and have an asymmetric relationship with the configuration path driving high green economic transformation.④Strengthening the macro-control role of the government and enhancing the technological innova-tion ability of enterprises play a universal role in driving the high green economic transformation.
