The Current Status,Risks,and Governance Research of the Integration of New Generation Artificial Intelligence Technology(ChatGPT)into Postdoctoral Development
Based on the"affordability"theoretical paradigm and the TOE analytical framework,combined with the sec-ond global postdoctoral survey data published by Nature,this study analyzes the current status of ChatGPT's integration into postdoctoral development,along with its potential risks and governance strategies.The research finds that ChatGPT plays a significant role in changing postdoctoral workflows and ways of thinking,particularly excelling in areas like text refinement,code generation,and troubleshooting.Facing risks and challenges such as the"anthropomorphic"and"humanization"illu-sions of technology,organizational dysfunction in"moral ethics"and"ideology,"as well as the environmental generalization of"ripple effects"and"value misuse,"it is necessary to construct multi-dimensional resilience governance measures encompassing technology,organization,and environment.This approach aims to promote the efficient application of new generation artificial intelligence technology in postdoctoral development and facilitate its better integration into research innovation in the era of digital intelligence.
