Research on Talent Driving Mechanism and Talent Gathering Strategy of High-quality Development in Western Region
At present,when innovation has become the mainstream driving force of regional development,talent is the essence of innovation and development.By combing through the changes of the driving forces of western development,the paper finds that the western region has experienced plan drive,resource drive and policy drive after the development of the western region.Although the contribution to the quantitative growth of the western region's economic development in differ-ent periods is significant,the traditional driving force decreases significantly when it turns to high-quality development.Therefore,this paper studies the mechanism of talent driving the high-quality development of the west,and an-alyzes the crux of the lack of high-quality development of the west lies in talent.And on the basis of grasping the essence of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,this paper summarizes and puts forward three causes affecting the talent gathering in the west,and puts forward four feasible talent gathering strategies in combination with the current situation of talent development in the west and the potential of talent gathering in the west.Relevant research has important theoretical and practical implications for the talent supporting innovation and driving high-quality development in the west.
