国际合作科技创新影响因素的理论模型构建

全球范围内科学研究和技术创新的日益融合促进了国际合作科技创新,而影响国际合作科技创新的因素尚待系统化探究,因而有必要从理论上构建国际合作科技创新的影响因素模型。首先收集整理了与主题相关的491 篇国内外核心文献;然后运用程序化扎根理论方法对文献进行分析提炼,得到国际合作科技创新的 7 个重要影响因素,包括国家制度距离、国家政策、文化严格程度、语言、地理接近性、社会接近性和技术水平差距,并由此建立起影响因素模型;从而丰富和发展了国际合作创新理论,弥补了该领域尚缺乏影响因素系统化研究的不足,最后为我国开展国际合作科技创新提供了实践建议。
Theoretical Model Construction of Factors Influencing International Collaborative Technological Innovation
The increasing integration of scientific research and technological innovation on a global scale has promoted international collaborative technological innovation,but the factors affecting international collaborative technological innova-tion still need to be systematically explored.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a theoretical model of the influencing fac-tors of international collaborative technological innovation.Firstly,this research collected and organized 491 core domestic and foreign literature related to the topic.Then,using the Procedural Grounded Theory method to analyze and extract the lit-erature,seven important influencing factors of international collaborative and technological innovation were identified,inclu-ding national institutional distance,national policies,cultural tightness-looseness,language,geographical proximity,social proximity,and technological level gap.Based on this,an influencing factor model was established.This enriches and develops the theory of international collaborative innovation,compensates for the lack of systematic research on influencing factors in this field,and finally provides policy recommendations for China to carry out international collaborative technologi-cal innovation.
