Study on Current Situation,Problems and Suggestions of Agricultural Research and Innovation Coordination between China and Germany
International cooperation in agricultural science and technology has not only accumulated experience for the innovation and development of countries around the world,but also promoted the extensive dissemination and application of new knowledge and new technologies and sought new driving forces for the economic growth and sustainable develop-ment.The Report to the 20th CPC National Congress stressed the need to expand international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation and strengthen the construction of an international research environment.As a powerful country in agricultural science and technology,Germany has the world's leading development level of agricultural science and technol-ogy.As a big agricultural country in the world,China's development level of agricultural science and technology still has a certain gap with the agricultural powers.There is a good collaborative foundation in the agricultural science and technology between China and Germany.To promote and strengthen innovative cooperation between different innovative entities of the two countries is not only in line with the strategic goals of international collaboration in the science and technology between the two countries,but also conducive to jointly addressing and solving major regional and global agricultural challenges.To this end,this paper first systematically reviews the characteristics of agricultural science and technology development between the two counties and their collaborative foundation,and on this basis,focuses on the analysis of the real demands of promoting and strengthening bilateral innovative collaboration in the field of agricultural science and technology and on the analysis of some existent problems in current collaboration.Finally,aiming at the above difficulties and challenges and from the perspectives of the project management,the assessment of collaborative results,the participation of relevant stakeholders,funding mode and the function digging of China-Germany innovative platform on the agricultural science and technology,some countermeasures and suggestions are presented and discussed for strengthening the innovative collaboration in the agricultural science and technology,so as to provide some references for the in-depth exploration and the reflection of the future innovative collaboration mechanisms in the agricultural science and technology between the two countries.
